We are growing our research team and are looking for an NLP and Language Model expert that wants to improve Automatic Speech Recognition by modeling linguistic information. We automate the entire transcription and subtitling workflow by creating cutting-edge models that make the work of our human transcribers infinitely easier. Your role will be to develop, train and deploy state-of-the-art Language Models. These models will bring our ASR pipeline to the next level and unlock ASR for new languages and domains.
We are looking for a highly driven, structured, and experienced NLP Engineer, who is able to build high-performing language models from large amounts of data. As a Senior NLP Engineer, they will mentor and guide more junior engineers while keeping up with the industry.
WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE
- You will implement new language models with the latest techniques.
- You will bring high-quality, affordable ASR to our clients in education, government and media.
- You will automatize and scale up multiple modules in our pipeline.
- You will have the opportunity to learn about the latest techniques and improve and build other modules in the end-to-end ASR pipeline using ML methods.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have a Msc in Computer Science and 5+ years of experience as a ML engineer with a focus on NLP
- You have a strong motivation to drive impact by improving our language models
- You have experience working on NLP with Transformers in production
- You have experience with Python, Pytorch, Git and Docker, and know how to work in the cloud
- You have guided and mentored juniors before and get energy from seeing them grow within Amberscript
- You have an analytical mind, like to do research and prove your results with data and experiments
- You are able to prioritize and have a structured way of working
- You have good communication and documentation skills
