We are looking for very talented and highly motivated engineers for our team responsible for the research and development of ML and AI-based Speech Recognition products.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and optimize world-class speech recognition algorithms based on Machine-Learning and Deep Learning approaches (e.g. “Alexa”)
- Collaborate with other team members as well as strive independently to develop, modify and improve algorithms for wearables, IoT and other mass-market products
- Handle multi-platform environments, including micro-embedded, Android and Windows
- Explore new algorithmic approaches and methods
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- BSc or BA degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a relevant field
- Highly independent and self-disciplined, can follow a long-term plan while managing dynamic priorities according to the company’s needs
- Strong C/C++ and Python programming skills
- Extremely motivated, a “go-getter”, gets the job done
- Fluent English
Advantages
- Acoustic, audio, DSP or speech processing background – a strong plus
- Passionate, energetic, curious, likes to be “thrown to the cold water”
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience in fixed-point arithmetic – a significant advantage.
- Experience in the design, development and optimization of resource-constrained algorithms. Specific experience in speech processing – a significant advantage.
- C/C++ programming skills in a real-time environment
