Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership for the completion of assigned RFI/RFP requests, ensuring they are completed within the agreed deadline and to an acceptable quality;
  • Keep colleagues updated on assigned activities;
  • Work with the Sales teams & Solution Consultants on proposals, SOWs and pitches for business;
  • Develop and deliver outstanding client specific material (presentations, etc.), as assigned, to support each stage of the conversation throughout the sales cycle;
  • Support Sales teams during the entire Opportunity Lifecycle;
  • Maintain Presales & Sales documentation;
  • Use provided tools for document storage, retrieval, and revision;
  • Train designated users on proper use of document storage, retrieval, and revision system;
  • Provide Product Knowledge Support to the Sales Team by maintaining and sharing respective material;
  • Coordinate handover calls between Sales and assigned Delivery team for signed opportunities;
  • Determine, resolve, and communicate presales issues to Presales management;
  • Develop job-related expertise and communication skills;
  • Engage in product training to maintain high product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Candidates with technical degrees (Computer Science, Mathematics), or degrees in a field with emphasis on communication (Business, Legal, Marketing) are especially sought;
  • Master’s degree in any relevant field will be considered a plus;
  • 2+ years of experience in Presales including responding to RFIs/RFPs/RFQs;
  • Strategic thinking skills to craft successful sales pitches for their sales team;
  • Strong problem-solving skills including an ability to think ‘on their feet’ when faced with challenging questions in the sales environment;
  • Strong commercial skills including an understanding of the Sales process;
  • Previous experience on business-to-business software sales teams is a major plus;
  • Strong communication & presentation skills, written & verbal;
  • Solid understanding of technical concepts associated with SaaS, and with AI or IVR/IVA concepts (ASR, NLU, TTS, LLMs, etc…) and ability to communicate them to non-technical audience;
  • Previous experience with the Omilia technology stack is a major plus;
  • Subject matter expertise in the services, strategy or consulting sector and/or complex sales processes will be considered a major plus;
  • Results focused, flexible, proactive and detail oriented;
  • Fluency in English verbal and writing;
  • Fluency in German and/or French verbal and writing will be considered a plus.
